Hidden in one of Tel Aviv’s enchanting alleys near Rothschild Boulevard stands a 116-year-old structure reborn. This extraordinary preservation project became a journey through time, and through the city archives, as we sought to honor every detail of its 1909 origins.
Working closely with Italian craftsmen, we recreated each historic element with absolute precision. Over two years, we carefully dismantled and rebuilt the home according to the vision of the architect and client. Every floor tile, ceiling, wall, and air-conditioning duct was chosen with care.
The kitchen, made entirely of copper and aluminum with a half-ton extractor, became one of our most luxurious creations. Every item, from furniture and doors to the internal elevator and garden pieces, was imported from Italy. The result is a home where past and future meet in breathtaking harmony.
