On a generous 2500 sqm plot in Hod HaSharon stood a 50-year-old home with uneven levels; a unique architectural challenge. We took it on wholeheartedly.
We began by leveling the entire property, using heavy machinery to create a seamless living space and raising the roof by an additional 1.8 meters. Lowering and elevating interior levels gave the home soaring ceilings and a sense of boundless space.
After a year of dedicated work, the old house was transformed into a contemporary smart home – fully automated, with imported Italian finishes, 120 additional square meters of new construction, and a swimming pool that turns the garden into a private resort.
